What we collect

When you apply to join, we collect:

your name

your email address

what you'd like to be known for

your Instagram or LinkedIn profile, if you choose to share it

Like most websites, this site also uses cookies to understand how visitors use it. You can choose which cookies to accept when you first visit.

Why we collect it

We use your information to review your application, contact you to arrange a call, and, if you join, to manage your membership. We will only email you about Brain to Brand. We will never sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Our legal basis

We process your information because you have asked us to consider your application, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving the network.

Where it's stored

Your information is held securely by the services we use to run the site and manage applications: Squarespace (our website), Outlook and Google Calendar

How long we keep it

If you don't join, we delete your application within 12 months. If you join, we keep your details for as long as you are a member, and delete them within 12 months of you leaving.

Your rights

You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Just email cody@cmmedia.uk and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
